part 1 is a total body workout that is conducted in the weight room. This allows us to teach proper lifting and progressions for each class, while still focusing on hypertrophy.
losing bad weight, increasing lean muscle, and gains in power are all by products from this session.

part 2 is conducted on the turf and focused on explosiveness, injury prevention, and athletic ability. 
This will include linear days, lateral days, and chaotic days. Our main goal is increasing all areas of speed using techniques in acceleration, max velocity, deceleration and core.
